3D Visual Design

3d visual design

We use 3D visual design to give clients a real sense of what their finished project will look like.

These incredibly realistic images, produced for our clients by Awbeg Designs, are helpful to house owners and to planners who can use them to assess visual impact and style.

West Cork Cottage Renovated

Cottage Renovation Cork

A 19th-century cottage renovation has created a stunning addition to West Cork’s Sheep’s Head peninsula after a restoration project under Crocon’s direction

The renovation of historic properties represents a particular challenge, but it’s one the team at Crocon Engineers relishes, as managing director Ciarán Cronin explains.

“As we renovate and restore historic buildings, we work to respect the integrity of West Cork’s built landscape. At the same time, we’re looking to develop thoroughly modern, energy-efficient homes and premises for present-day owners.”

The cottage — renamed as Ahakista Escape — provides top-of-the-range holiday accommodation, and is already booked for much of the 2013 season.

Crocon can advise on grant application processes for bodies such as the Heritage Council and the West Cork Development Partnership. We’ll draw on our expertise to see your project through from the planning stages to completion.

We specialise in renovation and restoration projects, so — if you’re beginning a project which involves old buildings and would like expert support — we can help you every step of the way.
